The nature of this account will mean that we will classify you, the agent, as our client and as such, we will only deal with you.

Stock may be held electronically in our nominee name, on your clients behalf, rather than holding paper share certificates. This speeds up settlement and can reduce the administrative burden of holding shares in certificated form.
We can also offer clients CREST sponsored membership, the electronic settlement system. Under this arrangement, share holdings are "dematerialised" which means that certificates are no longer retained and stocks are held electronically within CREST. The CREST sponsored member's name remains on the company register therefore dividends and company information will be sent directly to them.

We offer the facility to open a cash deposit account for any individual dealing account. Accounts are maintained with an approved bank and interest accrues daily and is applied biannually. The proceeds of sales and the cost of purchases are respectively credited and debited to the account. To add funds to your deposit you must contact your SIPP provider and they will arrange to transfer. Please note that SIPP clients cannot make payments directly to Stocktrade.
