Deposit Account Service
- The Deposit Account is held with an approved bank in the name of Brewin Dolphin Ltd but with your own Account Designation.
- Statements are only issued if at least one transaction has occurred during the calendar month.
- Monies can be deposited into this account using the following methods:

1. A personal cheque made payable to Brewin Dolphin Ltd.
2. Via debit card (Switch, SOLO, Delta, or Connect) - please note that your initial deposit must still be made by personal cheque.
3. Transferring funds direct into the account:-

- Reference: Your Deposit Account Customer Code
You may wish to instruct Stocktrade to withdraw funds from you Deposit Account. These will be sent by BACS to the bank account details we hold on file. Any changes to these details must be notified to Stocktrade in writing and signed by all the parties to the Deposit Account. It is not possible to make payments to third parties.
- The interest rate on your Deposit Account depends upon the balance of your account. The higher the balance the greater the interest rate. Interest is calculated daily and applied quarterly. Statements are issued quarterly.
Gross Interest is credited to your account biannually at the end of April and October. Money that we hold on deposit will earn interest at a tiered rate below the Bank of England Base rate, accrued on a daily basis. The following table highlights the interest relative to the Deposit Account balance.

- All purchases are debited from your Deposit Account and all sales are credited to it. You must ensure that your trading account has sufficient funds available prior to purchasing shares.
- Unless an alternative arrangement is made, your current deposit balances plus any sales due before settlement of your purchase(s) represents your dealing limit with Stocktrade.
- For Telephone Dealing Accounts payment for purchases can also be made by debit card (Switch, Solo, Delta) at the time of dealing.
